The fine art of creating fabulous smiles is something that runs in Dr. Matt’s family- both his grandfather & his uncle were dentists, & he grew up watching and being fascinated by the way that improving one’s smile could transform them from the outside in. He decided that he wanted to follow in his family’s smile-savvy footsteps, attending Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, FL before earning his Certificate of Orthodontics at Georgia School of Orthodontics.
Dr. Matt believes that EVERYONE deserves the smile of their dreams, plain & simple – which is why he started Simply Braces! He is thrilled to be able to provide the greater Lake Worth community with an affordable, fun, & convenient treatment experience that makes getting the smile you deserve a piece of cake. He’s also big on giving back- he is a participant in the Give Kids A Smile program & has performed dental mission work for several years in the Dominican Republic. He is committed to partnering with non-profits & schools in the area to provide free treatment opportunities to those most at need within our local community.
When he’s not changing smiles & taking names, Dr. Matt loves getting his adrenaline racing with some good ole-fashioned adventure sports like rock climbing, spearfishing, diving, fishing, racquetball, snowboarding, & surfing. He loves all of the awesome outdoor activities & opportunities that the Sunshine State provides, & you can typically find him partaking in at least one of them when he’s not hanging with his patients at Simply Braces.
